Shipping Policy

By placing an order through this website you are agreeing to the terms below. These terms are provided in order to give clarity and set expectations regarding the service we offer, in order to ensure protection for you both you, the customer, and us, the operator.

Stock is subject to availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfil your items at time of purchase. In this instance we will contact you to determine whether you would prefer to wait if an item can be re-stocked, or receive a refund if it cannot or you would rather not wait or select an alternative product.

Shipping is calculated at the final stage of the cart process with the confirmation of the shipping address. Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase.

Domestic Shipping Policy (UK)

Standard Shipping – Any order up to 300g will be sent out via Royal Mail standard delivery.
Tracked – Any order over 300g will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery.
Free shipping over £50.00 – Any order of £50.00 or more


International Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping - Will be sent out via Royal Mail Standard delivery.

Tracked Shipping - Any order weighing up to 1999g will be sent out via Royal Mail International Tracked Parcel Service, any order over 1999g will be sent out via Fedex.
For EU, US and Canadian addresses, free tracked shipping applies to orders with a value of £250 or more
For the Rest of World, free tracked shipping applies to orders with a value of £250 or more.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and shrinkwrap.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and the customer is required to arrange their own shipping.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A credit will not include the value of shipping costs incurred.

Change of Delivery Address

We can change a delivery address at any time prior to dispatch. Please contact with your order number and address details. 

Duties & Taxes

All prices include VAT.

We are IOSS registered, this means customers in the EU will have local taxes automatically collected at the time of purchase during the checkout process for orders up to a value of 150 EUR (excluding shipping). Please note that payment for pre-orders (titles that are yet to be released) will be taken immediately and that the item/s will be dispatched when they are ready, usually just before the listed release date.

Should an order contain an already-released item from our catalogue as well as a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available. We recommend making multiple orders should you wish your already-released items to be sent immediately.
