How many releases are you planning?

- We anticipate releasing 2-3 releases a month in Year 1, 3-4 a month in Year 2 and 4 or more a month in Year 3. This may be adjusted in the event of a box set release. 

Do you plan on releasing box sets?

- Yes we have some box sets already acquired and will release them as soon as we can!

What region code will these be?

- The majority of releases will be region B.

What languages are available?

- All releases will be English language with subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing or foreign language with optional English subtitles. By strict agreement with the studios and producers we are only allowed to subtitle into English.

What if I don't want to join the Discord?

- That's fine, just ignore the code and email info@radiancefilms.co.uk letting us know.

Will the Discord only ever be 50 people?

- It will be offered as part of a North America Gold Package to 50 people there and potentially have additional people added in future as part of other packages but that won't be for some time.

Does this include the postage cost for each item delivered?

- Yes this is a one-time cost.

Will this package include everything you release?

- No, we plan on having other non-Radiance branded products, select merchandise and other products that won't be included. Additionally, where any Radiance product is created with multiple variants we will choose one to be included and this will be notified in the Discord Group and Newsletter. But throughout the period there will be exclusive products and merchandise that will be included and these will also be notified through the Discord and Newsletter.
