This is a special variant of the Radiance Membership, which only ships US/CA titles of Radiance Films for US/CA residents. UK-only ‘Region B’ titles are not included in this Membership variant. Customers who purchase this variant will have international editions of Radiance Films guaranteed and shipped with tracked priority each month.

Radiance Membership does not include newly released Standard Editions or hosted labels (including Transmission). Members do have the ability to add extra titles inside their monthly shipments to save on shipping costs, with a 10% discount on hosted label titles.

FAQs:

What postage options are available?

Each month is sent with tracked priority mail. Monthly shipments are sent via Royal Mail and handed off to respective domestic postal services, although larger bundles with extra items may result in other couriers (such as UPS, FedEx and DHL)

Which editions will I receive?

All international (non-UK) Members will receive the US variants of our titles. Such editions usually have no difference to our UK variants, aside from the BBFC certification on the OBI. If for whatever reason you wish to receive UK variants as an international member, please contact info@radiancefilms.co.uk

Will your UHD releases just include a UHD disc? 

Our UHD releases will also include the Blu-ray.

Will this be impacted by U.S. Tariffs?

We have recently been informed that optical media is exempt for new import duties to the U.S and our current U.S. customers have not faced any additional charges. We have had reports of 2kg orders sent by couriers (FedEx, UPS etc.) receiving extra import charges which although inaccurate in these cases there is little we can do. We are closely monitoring the situation and will inform all our customers if there are any changes in this regard.

What packaging will your UHD releases have?

The packaging for our UHDs will be the same as our Blu-rays. Scanavo cases with OBI strip. They may include rigid boxes and larger books depending on our release plans.

What region code will these be?

US/CA Membership guarantees Region A compatibility with all US/CA releases being Region AB/free.

What languages are available?

All releases are English language with subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing or foreign language with optional English subtitles. By strict agreement with the studios and producers we are only allowed to subtitle into English.

Can I join the Discord right away? Will you be taking suggestions right away?

Yes, you can join after purchase (once we validate your purchase) and we are always checking for feedback and take suggestions seriously. Emails with an invite link will be sent weekly.

What if I don't want to join the Discord?

That's fine, just ignore the email. However if you change your mind please note the code expires after a few days so please respond to the original email to receive a refreshed link.
